TARGETED CASE MANAGEMENT

The TCM will  assist the client in developing a plan on how to gain successful employment by connecting the client with a  community agency that will assist in the development of their resumes,  job training and placement. will assist in preparing for interview and start date with proper attired for work force.

The targeted case manager will assist in the application process for childcare through county agencies and will provide an agency referral for speedy process and approval. The TCM will properly assess the client's circumstance to ensure client qualifies for child care services.
